Description

Although hygiene is strongly required for the inner package of food, however, the outer package of box often have to bear a stronger surface pressure by adopting corrugated paper B as the package paper.

Our ZK-5540WL cartooning machine for food is mainly applicable to such packing materials as B, E and F corrugated paper, 12PT to 20PT ivory board and 250g to 645g grey board.

Our ZK-5540WL food box making line can make a number of boxes extensively used to package tea, drink, biscuits, sugar, vegetable, etc.

Process

Feeding paper by feeder → Gluing and edge-folding → Glue spraying and paper feeding →Long-side edge-folding → Comer folding → Broad-side edge-folding → Fold-in of broad side
